Chocolate from Modica

I have found another Sicilian blog...Siciliamo. There is a very interesting post all about the chocolate from Modica.

And funnily enough a recipe for Pasta alla Norma...what a coincidence Welshcakes Limoncello.

    Pasta alla norma is perhaps one of my favourite pasta dishes, since I am a big fan of eggplants.
    But my favourite eggplant dish "par excellance" is "Penne con melenzane e menta" - a simpler version of Norma with no ricotta and chuncks of swordfish instead.
