Holiday continued .. still on Day 1 with Barbara......Parc Montsouris September 30, 2010 Get link Facebook Twitter Pinterest Google+ Email Barbara and I started our day out, planning to go to Parc Montsourisbut as you know by previous posts we had a bit of a detour.. here and here !! We finally got there! Parc Montsouris is a beautiful rambling parc, full of birdlife and wonderful trees. and statues. With Playgrounds , Puppet Theatre and a train ride through the Parc. Parc Montsouris is in the 14th arrondissement, it is styled as an English Garden. Ordained by Napoleon lll and Baron Haussmann as part of a plan to add green areas to Paris.
