A Big Thank you - two wonderful friends..........Rosa and Lucy

How blessed I am to have wonderful friends,
not just in the UK
BUT
all over the world!!
Yesterday I had two surprises
in the post...
My first huge surprise came from my
lovely friend Rosa (Scintilla) who spends her
time between

A fabulous book and postcard...
I was amazed and very happy.

Rosa knows I have a love for Italy,
so this is such a wonderful gift.

Her blog Bell'Avventura is full
of wonderful photos of Positano
and the Amalfi Coast.

Not just photos, but lots to read too!

I love reading and seeing the beautiful sights
of any part of Italy, but especially Positiano!!

Go on .. have a look, you will not be disappointed,
you will want to book a trip!

Rosa and I have been following each others blogs
for quite a while, also connected through Facebook
and are really good friends.

Even though we have never met.
I hope we do one day.

The second was from my great friend
Lucy from Pickering, Ontario.
Lucy and I have never met either,
but connect through blogging and Facebook
and have spoken on the phone.
Such a shame I never got to
see her on my trip to Montreal,
too far away for my short trip.

A beautiful card of Algonquin Park, Ontario.

Lucy has a wonderful blog,

On my way 2 work and Other Stuff,

with fantastic photos of Sunrises/Sunsets,

places of interest, her family and lots more!

I hope you get a chance to visit her too!

Big Thank you to you both ♥♥

Two wonderful Awards.....

were given to me a while ago, so I feel a bit bad that is has taken me this long to put them on my blog....I really do appreciate them and so happy that you love my blog!!
The first award was given to me by a great lady Scintilla..whose blog is Bell'Avventura....she lives in Luxembourg and goes down to Positano for all of the summer . Her blog is a mixture of stories, and they are all wonderful..and if you want to know about Positano, then this is one for you!! On second thoughts, never mind if you want to know or not, go on visit her blog , its fab!!

My other lovely award was given to me by the wonderful Laura from Ciao Amalfi...as the blog title suggests ..yes it is all about the Amalfi Coast, which is beautiful and certainly a place on my list to visit.!! Laura has fabulous photos and such great stories..it is a brilliant read!

I have just found a post on Laura's blog that links Scintilla and Laura...Taking the boat to Positano, I think it is so great that they have met....!!
A huge Thank you to my Wonderful Friends
Scintilla and Laura

Now for this I have to name 15 blogs to award, I think this is a bit hard, as I have such a wonderful array of blogs that I read, and on a regular basis..so I am going to take a little bit more time over this, I really don't like this bit, I think I am upsetting my other bloggers!!! Can I not give it to all of them!!

Another ......

Wonderful postcard came through my letterbox this week...this time from Amalfi, just look at the coast line and those fabulous mountains, who would not want to have a holiday there!...It really made me smile and happy that wonderful bloggers are out there, taking the time of day to write these cards.....

Click photo to enlarge

The card came from a lovely lady called Laura ..whose blog is Ciao Amalfi...A brilliant blog and just so right for any one who adores Italy...a great insight to this fabulous country..
oh yes, this area is on my "to see" list!!!! I now know where to go, who to speak to when I need to plan a trip.

Laura is also the new Travel Guide for the region of Campania on the fabulous website ItalyItalia.com....if you are planning a trip...pay her a visit..on either site, you will not be disappointed...!!

Even if you are not going there, visit her anyway, it is such a brilliant read and fab photos, you might just be tempted to book a flight there, I know I am !!! Who would not want to visit this fabulous place..!!

Thank you so much Laura, it really made my day :-)
