The only thing you need to make a decent meal is some pasta...preferably fresh but dried is okay. Are you up to making your own tagliatelle?? ;-)

The beauty of Italian cuisine is in its simplicity. All you need is a few fresh, good quality ingredients to make a fantastic meal. And if you can't get enough of real Italian food, that means that you have to visit again!

Hi Anne,
Often the best souvenirs that we bring back home are the ones on our taste buds !
I love olive oil also; not better with Pasta.

See you soon ;)

That's a nice glass jar of citrus juice. Do you like margaritas? I bet you could make a good one with it.

I clicked on the Conca d'Oro link. Have you tried lemon granita? (It would be a great dessert after you've made something with the oil, tomatoes and Rowena's pasta.)
