Saint-Cirq Lapopie
is a a beautiful
place and one not to be missed!
Laury and I took the bus and then
walked across the bridge with breathtaking
views, making our way up to the village.
The village is perched on a cliff
100 m (330ft) above the river
and is a major beauty spot
of the Lot valley.
Magical and Breathtaking,
a spectacular mystical place!!
Saint-Cirq Lapopie has lots to offer,
shops, walks, cafes and restaurants.
And I have more to show you!!
Enjoy!!
nice walk on such a dreary day here in TO. Thanks Anne xoxo

ReplyDeletegorgeous! looks like a medieval diorama :)
ReplyDeleteAnother amazing place! Don't you wish you were there today instead of snowy England? Brrrr.....
ReplyDeleteHope it's a great week for you,

Those views took my breath away. What a gorgeous place to visit on a dreary day here in Columbus, Ohio.
ReplyDeleteSpectacular views and photoes, Anne. Thanks for sharing. It does, indeed, look very medieval. Bet it was lovely and warm as well. Hope you're managing to keep warm in this bitterly cold weather we' re having here in England at the moment!
ReplyDeleteAnne! that top photo is fabulous! And the rest of the village that follow are positively dreamy too. Thank you for sharing this gem of a French town.
ReplyDeleteThis visit to a magical looking place was just what I needed on this dreary day, thanks Anne.
ReplyDeleteAnne this place is stunning, don't think I want to fall over the edge though!! You find so many beautiful places in France and they are so cheering when I look at the weather here!! I hear there has been snow at our house in France but it was followed by lots of rain. Diane
ReplyDeleteBonjour Anne ~ such a pretty village and I love the name Saint-Cirq Lapopie.
