of Montparnasse tower! It is amazing.
Leesa, Barbara and I decided to earn our wings, and go to the top of the tower. I have never seen such fantastic views..Brilliant. You could spend hours up there, trying to pinpoint all the great areas.
Barbara and I went to the very top, whilst Leesa stopped for a coffee but I think she had been up there before. Great that she didn't mind coming with us, so another great day out with my friends.
I have been told that is the best view in Paris and from the looks of you photos it seems it is :-)
ReplyDeleteTHank you for those beautiful shots of Paris. I have always looked at the Paris street map or photos of a Paris city streets and daydreamed about some time just meandering down those Rues and knowing every nook and cranny. But that is what Paris does, it beckons you to explore.

Wow! What a fantastic view! I have always wanted to go to Paris, and now that I am so close, I really have no good excuse as to why we have not... I guess time and money could be the start.
ReplyDeleteI have heard that the French are not so thrilled about Americans, and unfortunately my husband's French teacher asked his mother to remove him from her class before he broke his tongue... so it is just English for the two of us....hmmmm.
Enjoy your time!
Wonderful shots Anne. It's cool to see this perspective. Also, and very pretty photo of you!!!
