Oh, those French boulangeries are the very best, with such tempting treats inside for us. That one looks extra special, and I hope you bought a little something to enjoy! I love their patisseries as well. The window displays are always so sumptious.
ReplyDeleteI love the pictures of those tins. Mmmm we have one boulangerie here that makes the most fantastic chocolatines, just looking at your picture makes me want to rush out and buy some LOL. Hope all is well over there. Diane
ReplyDeleteThose pastries! That's all I have to say.
ReplyDeletem.
How fun! Coincidentally, I just read an article about the Heritage Days this weekend and it mentioned this bakery!

ReplyDeleteI should not have looked at this post before breakfast. Yummm. Wish I could transport myself there.
ReplyDeleteI've been there, but only once. My friend and I shared some frosted shortbread cookies and they were delicious. It's probably a good thing that I live all the way across town from there!
ReplyDeleteWonderful tins. Even wonderfuller snails!
ReplyDeleteHi Anne,

Karin had a great idea to take you there. I hope that you both had a yummy thing to eat :)

I love the ambiance of places like this-sort of frozen in time.

ReplyDeleteYour photos of the bakery turned out fantastic, Anne! :) I'm so glad we had a chance to pass by Du Pain et des Idées on our walk.
