Food Markets.....
After reading Robins blog ..My Melange , where she shared great photos of her trip, to a French market in Montreal..I thought I would show you our photos of one of our favourite markets...Boqueria market in Barcelona.
Hello Anne, I am new here but, I like your blog a lot! Thanks for sharing Barcelona! We will be traveling to that wonderful place,it is on our list. Chuck
Hi Philip...oh yes you know..what a fab market it is!!
Welcome Donna and Chef Chuck...thanks for calling in and leaving your comments.
So pleased you like my blog.
Chef chuck...you must visit Barcelona, I am going to do more about our visit soon. I wasn't blogging when we went there, at least I have lots of photos to do a post with.
That's the thing I LOVE about Europe. All the wonderful little indiviually owned markets where you can do your shopping. It makes shopping so much more interesting and enjoyable.
I've never been to Barcelona, but it's a place where I would LOVE to visit. I had a very good friend in Florida who was from there and she was such a classy and lovely lady!
I love antique markets and food markets are a close second. I probably spend the same amount of money at both. I notice that some of the exotic fruit has the spoon attached. Are you expected to eat it on the spot?!
To everyone who has visited, well done, it is simply an amazing place, so pleased I gave you happy memories..and those who have not, put it on your "to visit" list. You will not be disappointed :-)
Welcome to my new readers, on this post I have 5...Thank you for visiting and leaving comment, will call into see you as well.
