A few months ago
I bought some wrapping paper
which I loved and thought , mmmm
maybe I could paint that onto ceramics.
It was all handpainted straight on to the bowl and mug,
normally would draw it on first . .. it took me a while
though .. about a week!!
Thought we would have a littlebreak from Italy,
but I still have lots more of that trip to come!!!
They are beautiful Anne!

ReplyDeleteI wouldn't have the patience for that.

You did such a good job of copying the patterns - they're all really lovely. I particularly liked the little bowls. I am feeling very inferior this morning, as I have been reading blogs where the bloggers have been painting, and doing all sorts of wonderful things, and now I see these lovely things on your blog. Woe is me! I would love to have a talent like that :(
ReplyDeleteAnne you have done a fantastic job. I am impressed. Diane
