The Canadian Grand Prix

I had a fantastic day on Sunday 10th June. I went to Williams F1 factory to join many others to watch the Canadian Grand Prix.

This took place in Williams F1 Conference Centre. We were also given the opportunity to look round the museum, which for any Motorsport fan is an opportunity not to be missed and if your are a Williams fan, what more could you ask for.

We had a barbeque just before the race, and had access to a bar....which I can say was needed, especially through the tense last part of the race. It was the best race of the season, it was filled with incidents.....the worst being Kubica's horrendous accident, but thankfully he is ok, and was given the all clear. We also saw Lewis Hamilton's maiden victory.....but the best part of the day was to see a Williams F1 team driver Alex Wurz step up onto the podium....in 3rd place. Alex surprised not just us, but himself as well!!!!!

  1. The wreck was amazing for the fact that Kubica was okay.
